At Powerhouse, our goal is to work with you to achieve holistic wellness - mental and physical WHOLE body health. We take a macro based approach to nutrition, guiding our clients to health by adjusting protein, carb, and fat intake, while also monitoring performance, sleep, digestion, and overall well being. We believe that our bodies are not meant to be in a constant dieting state, and our goal is to teach our clients to find freedom and consistency with their overall health through adequate diet.

LIFE CHANGING. Two words to describe my journey with Mary and Powerhouse. My love for working out was equally matched with my love for food. Even though I was working out 4-5 days a week, I was slowly seeing my weight creep up. One day I finally reached out to Mary and asked for help. Since starting, I have leaned out, have more stamina and feel amazing. Eating has become more purposeful which has made it far more enjoyable. Our barbell club trains as a team when possible and stays in close contact when unable to train together, making us a tight knit community of willing and hard working athletes. We also run small group fitness classes out of our Kingston location, these classes run 3-4 classes per week and include a mix of weightlifting, body building, kettlebells, and high intensity training.

We have a rule at Powerhouse - you have to EARN the right to be in a calorie deficit. How do you earn that? By being consistent and by learning to properly fuel your body for your lifestyle and/or sport. Your health is SO important to us!

We offer different options for programming, ranging from: buying a programming cycle, working 1-on-1 in person with a trainer, working 1-on-1 with a remote weightlifting coach, working 1-on-1 to build individualized programming for your specific goals/sport, and group classes.

We pride ourselves on investing in our clients and building lasting relationships. How do we achieve this? Well, it is up to YOU.  Allowing clear and consistent communication with your coach helps to build the level of trust and involvement.
